I’ve had lots of you recently writing to me on this topic! I think for most of us, we can remember at least one person we worked with who were “tricky” shall we say!
Whether it’s handling someone who is bullying, undermining, passing work onto you and claiming it as their own – perhaps there is just a sour culture at your organization and it’s impacting on your life: here are my 3 tips for dealing with it.
Bottom line is that no one should have to suffer this and any associated anxiety - if your situation is making your life a misery, take it as a sign to maybe move on to pastures new!
