Описание: This Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) project will reconstruct and repave SW 4th Avenue from SW Lincoln to W Burnside. A left-running protected bikeway, a bus and turn lane, and safer pedestrian crossings will be installed. ADA corner ramps will be upgraded and street lighting will be improved.
