Strength and Conditioning + Prehab Workout
Circuit 1: 10 rounds / 1 min work ea. / 30 sec rest
Circuit 2-6: 6 rounds / 20 sec work ea. / no rest
1. Rower + KB Clean to Power Press
2. Scapula Hurdles + Chest Pass
3. TRX Superman + Over Head Squat
4. Upper Body Lateral Walkout + Wall Slides
5. Plank Knee Tuck + Leg Lift
6. Robot + Prone Military Press
