If Etsy has recently suspended your store, you are not alone. It seems that many new Etsy sellers have been experiencing that dreaded feeling when they try to log into their store and it says sorry this account is suspended or no longer exists.

WHAT?? You know that you did not violate any of their terms of service as you were very careful to only list quality designs that either you created, had someone create for you, or you purchased the commercial rights to them.

SHOCKED, you have no idea of what happened as you never received any email or other correspondence from Etsy telling you that they suspended your store nor what it was that you did wrong.

HELPLESSLY, you try to email Etsy support or send them a help request and you get back an email stating sorry but you violated their policies and you no longer are welcome to sell on their platform or even purchase as a buyer ever again...WHAT!

FRANTICALLY, you find a phone number to contact Etsy and you finally get someone to actually talk to and tell them about your situation. But as soon as you tell them your name and shop account details, they tell you that you are no longer welcome to sell on the Etsy platform and they hang up on you!

WHAT JUST HAPPENED! You know that you did nothing wrong and it seems like there is no one willing to assist you.

Ok, hang on one second here and take a deep breath...maybe take a few more seconds to take a few more deep breaths.
