After 3 years and 60,000 km of usage, my Tata Tiago EV is facing serious issues that every EV buyer should know about before making a decision.
In this video, I share my real ownership experience with the Tiago EV. Earlier, the car gave good range, but now on 100% charge the range is only around 120 km, which is very disappointing. The battery performance has degraded badly, and I had to face battery-related problems multiple times.
Along with battery issues, the service experience has been extremely poor. Despite repeated visits to the service center, the problems were not properly resolved. The response, diagnosis, and overall support from the service side have been the worst part of owning this EV.
