Windows 11 26H2 Dev and 25H2 Beta (26300.7674, 26220.7670): What's New?

Описание: The Dev Channel has moved up, and is now testing the Windows 11 2026 Update - Windows 11 version 26H2. Builds 26300.7674 and 26220.7670 are out for the Dev and Beta Channels respectively, with only a few changes.

In Dev, the desktop watermark has been updated to be enablement package aware, now showing the build string for exact CUs, with the right branch name, the revision number and the EKB build number (e.g. 26300).
In both builds, Settings Home now loads slightly faster, File Explorer shows "extract all" when looking in non-ZIP archives, and there are some fixes.
