Makaroni is one of my favourite dishes since childhood and is also known as Persian Spaghetti.
Once the pasta is layered with sauce and cooked, it’s then flipped upside down like a spaghetti cake!
The best part is the crispy top which we call Tahdig. We all fight for the last piece hehe
It’s such a fun dish to make that the whole family will love!
