Redcurrant Tart from Wuthering Waves

Описание: My take on the Redcurrant Tart from Wuthering Waves, Phrolova's signature dish from WUWA 2.5. Since redcurrants are not easily accessible in the US, I used cherries so the recipe can be more easily accessible. If using currants as the fruit, the amount of sugar should be doubled. The addition of port and spices gives the sauce additional complexity, and caramelizing the base adds depth to the sweetness

My pancakes are made with vanilla paste, I found that there is no weird aftertaste compared to vanilla extract, but more expensive haha... Filming this video took two attempts because my camera failed halfway through the first time :'( I hope you enjoy my video of making pancakes at 1AM, sadly lost the footage of me putting eggs into the mixture, but I'm sure you get the idea!
