Dear Friend,
Thank you all for another successful year of serving our community! We have many things to be proud of and to celebrate. Our board, leadership team, staff and volunteers all work together as a team towards fulfilling our mission. In 2024, we served 2,913 members of our community. Our impact is sometimes seen immediately; other work we do may be felt for generations.
Some of the highlights include:
Increased the number of people impacted by 11%
Enhanced our portal for volunteers (check it out at jfsdelaware.org/volunteer/)
Opened an office in Dover
Increased the number of people served in Kent and Sussex by 30%
Strengthened infrastructure (improvements in technology, cybersecurity, billing and other areas to allow us to work smarter).
We are so grateful to our donors, volunteers and staff; we couldn’t do our work without you! And a special thank you to those who we serve, as you help us better understand the world through your eyes. We hope you will continue to support us as we navigated through good times and challenging times – as 2025 is proving to be.
