ORGAN HUNTING in the Netherlands – Season 2
Episode 1: "Prelude – A Nice Little House Organ!"
Sander Booij, organ builder and organist, and Jon Liinason, working with communication, new audiences, and innovation at the Göteborg International Organ Academy, went organ hunting in the Netherlands in February 2020. Now, in May 2025, they’re back for another round of pipe organ discoveries!
In the first episode of the new season, Jon visits Sander Booij’s home in Grootegast, where Sander demonstrates his home organ, built in 1994 by the Dutch organ builders Mense Ruiter Orgelmakers, a company he became director of in 2020.
Episodes of ORGAN HUNTING in the Netherlands – Season 2 will be published weekly on Saturdays at 19:00 (CET) on the following platforms:
