The United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres says he's gravely concerned about the unfolding situation in and around the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant in southern Ukraine ahead of a Security Council meeting later Thursday. Both Ukraine and Russia have traded blame for the shelling at the nuclear complex - Europe's largest nuclear power plant - with the UN Chief appealing to all concerned to exercise common sense and reason and not to undertake any actions that might endanger the physical integrity, safety or security of the plant.
