Fire Alarm System Regulations in DHA

Описание: In this video I describe in detail the Fire Alarm System requirements for houses and commercial buildings in DHA. Whether it be DHA Lahore, DHA Islamabad, DHA Karachi these regulations are uniform. In DHA the requirements for fire alarm system are smoke detectors for each room in the house. In kitchens instead of smoke detectors we use heat detectors. In addition to these there is a fire alarm control panel which monitors these smoke and heat detectors. There are sounders for the alarm to be triggered in case of fire activating the smoke or heat detector. These smoke and heat detectors are connected to the fire alarm control panels through fire resistant wire. Furthermore there are manual call points for manually triggering the sounders in case of initial sparking. In addition to this Fire Extinguishers are to be provided on every floor of the house for extinguishing the fire. These are of two types CO2 and DCP. Furthermore fire blankets are to be provided on each floor in the house for further protection along with first aid box.
