Russian and Ukrainian salads are the best recipes ever. They taste good, they are very healthy, and perfect for any holiday gathering. In this video I will show you how to make them. I'll make Russian vinaigrette salad (beet salad) and also Olivier potato salad, but instead of following a recipe, I will make it on the fly.
In this video, I made two of the most common salads that people eat in Ukraine for the holidays. These are also some of my mom's favorites.
