Brittani discusses her career path and how hard work, not any favors, allowed her to become the youngest President at Web Net 1. She said her Aunt Dionne Warwick allowed her enough creative freedom to explore and make those decisions for herself.

Brittani has enjoyed watching the evolution of the internet, claiming MySpace was what first piqued her interest in making a career out of social media. For those who are nervous about making a pivot in their careers, Brittani says, Do it! What do you have to lose?

She also covers the pros and cons of social media, why TikTok is her favorite app, and how she is skeptical about a new app, Clubhouse. She wants people who are hesitant about new apps to just "hop on the app and study it". She says it's the quickest way to learn what is trending and how to use the platform.

Brittani reveals the biggest mistake a creator can make is not interacting with the fans. And offers suggestions on how to increase video and page engagement. Her last piece of advice is to try and grow your personal account first by doing A/B testing to see what works before presenting ideas to a client.

Additionally, Brittani plans to launch a mental health initiative later this year that aims to provide access to therapy and mental health resources for those with limited access. Ultimately, she hopes to break the negative stigmatism that surrounds mental health.
