Toyota defective part number 15767-31010 can be replaced by 15767-31020. The part number ending in 20 is an all metal upgrade to the part number ending in 10. This video shows that it is a direct fit and a perfect upgrade so you aren't concerned with the oil leak. This particular van (according to Toyota) had the part replaced 3 years ago under the recall. It was replaced with the rubber version, which failed. I just replaced it with the metal version from the FJ Cruiser.

This particular part is a new replacement part from the a few Lexus models with the same engine. According to the local Toyota dealership, the rubber version of the part was changed due to a recall on the van two years prior to this video. The new part only lasted two years before failing.
