Removing the shower doors from our Grand Design Reflection 31MB wasn’t too bad of a project. Once Joe figured out the correct square-screw size, it was mostly smooth sailing. Total project time, including messing with cameras and the typical shenanigans, was around 30 minutes.

One thing we did note is that there wasn’t a lot of silicone sealing off the side and bottom aluminum track and rail system. On the bottom piece especially, there must have been gaps somewhere that allowed water to accumulate UNDER the aluminum piece because there was a nasty brownish orange slime that had developed over the 17 months that we’ve owned this RV. I recommend checking the seals around your shower to ensure its sufficiently caulked.

Overall, we are extremely happy with this shower modification. It makes the shower feel twice the size, which is nice for Joe as he enjoys the added elbow room!
