Shipping Container Gym UK: What You Get in a Pod 60 Pro (Turnkey “Gym in a Tin”)

Описание: Welcome back — today I’m breaking down the Pod60 Pro, a large shipping container gym conversion built from three single-use 20ft high cube containers. We remove the sides of two containers, join them on-site, and create a watertight seal to form an almost square internal training space.

Training capacity: up to 6 people at one time

Recommended equipment: 2 x benches, stretch mats, functional trainer/cable system, dumbbells (to 25kg), med balls, plyo boxes, bike, rower, treadmill, elliptical, kettlebells, storage rack, and an interval timer/clock.
