In this webinar Agriculture Victoria research scientist Jessi Henneken will share key findings from the three-year project Integrated Pest Management of Grapevine Phylloxera Phase II. This project, funded by Wine Australia, builds on findings from previous Agriculture Victoria research and includes new tools for improved vineyard surveillance, findings from dry heat disinfestation studies, surveys of leaf-galling phylloxera strains, resistance ratings for novel rootstocks, and findings on biocontrol options. Attendees of this webinar will gain new knowledge on control mechanisms for phylloxera and will be introduced to new tools for detecting phylloxera.
