12) Strategies and playthough order for NIGHTMARE MODE
13) Additional New Game+ Content after finishing the first quest with all of the above

15) All DLC, including future content as it is released
16) Anything else I can think of, feel free to make suggestions!

I have all of the additional content that I can find. The only thing that I am missing is the "Mortis" weapon pre-order novel code, and the Shadow of Death Armor (from the Collectors Edition). Anyone willing to part with their unused codes would be thanks properly in video form and considered omnipotent higher beings.
