2)菜豆头尾去除切断,烧开水加入半勺盐1勺食用油,焯水30秒取出过清水备用
3)把菜豆放入碗中加入3勺玉米淀粉,抓拌均匀让菜豆都裹上玉米淀粉
3)热锅热油,下入菜豆炸至金黄捞出
4)锅留底油,把咸蛋碎加入小火炒至均匀出泡沫就可以把菜豆加入快速翻炒
