Drones Spotted Over Jammu And Kashmir Again As Pakistan Continues To Test India Despite DGMO Warning

Описание: Drones were once again spotted over Jammu and Kashmir, marking the third such incident in just five days and raising serious concerns for India’s security establishment. The latest intrusions come despite direct DGMO-level talks between India and Pakistan, where New Delhi clearly warned Islamabad against any misadventure. According to defence sources, the Indian Army fired at drones detected in the Jammu and Poonch sectors, activating counter-UAS measures. Pakistani forces have a history of using drones to supply terrorists with weapons, explosives, and communication gear across the Line of Control. The sightings come after a lull following India’s Operation Sindoor in May 2025, which had forced Pakistan onto the back foot. Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi has made it clear that India sees no gaps in its defences and any future provocation will be met firmly. As drones continue to violate Indian airspace, New Delhi’s message remains unchanged—dialogue cannot run parallel to proxy warfare.
