Secrets to Perfect FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE | Gluten-Free Delight Revealed!| The Cupcake Confession

Описание: THE BEST Flourless Chocolate Cake you will EVER Make!

✅ Ingredients:
🍫200 grams dark chocolate, room temperature
🍫100 grams butter, room temperature
🍫25 grams cocoa powder
🍫1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
🍫5 eggs (yolks and whites separated)
🍫Small pinch of sea salt
🍫130 grams light brown sugar

Notes:
1. Preheat Oven to 180 Celsius.
2. I've used an 8-inch loose bottom cake tin. (I greased it well and lined the bottom with parchment paper)
3. Bake at 180 Celsius for about 28-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out nearly clean but with just the tiniest bit of chocolate at the tip.
4. Cool it completely before serving with ice cream or whipped cream and berries
