종이컵 1컵 = 180ml

재료

닭볶음용 닭 1kg
감자 2개
당근 2/3개
양파 1/2개
대파 1개
청양고추 3개
베트남고추 10개
불린당면 150g
물 600ml
소주 50ml
참기름 1큰술
후추 1/2작은술

양념:
진간장 100ml큰술
맛술 3큰술
물엿 3큰술
설탕 2큰술
다진마늘 2큰술
다진생강 1/2큰술
굴소스 2/3큰술
춘장 2/3큰술


Ingredient

1kg of chicken
2 potatoes
2/3 carrot
1/2 onion
1 green onion
3 hot peppers
10 Vietnamese chili peppers
150g of soaked glass noodles
600ml of water
50ml of soju(or cooking wine)
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon of pepper

Seasoning:
100ml tablespoons of soy sauce
3 tablespoons of cooking wine
3 tablespoons of starch syrup
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
1/2 tablespoon of minced ginger
2/3 tablespoons of oyster sauce
2/3 tablespoons of black bean paste(or soy sauce)
