So I found out why there is so many of them, apparently the mod ZCP (Zone Customization Project) I had the stalker squad size multiplier to 3, so when I took the task from Sultan it spawned 5 dudes there normally for the task, then those stalkers would capture the area automatically (it's warfare) then it would spawn more dudes there, like, in total, maybe, 15 to 20 guys. 🥀
