This monster kit is owned by my neighbor and family friend, Barry Albright. He bought it in the mid 80s at Freds music in Reading PA. It came with a matching numbers Supraphonic and a full set of 70s Zildjian cymbals including mostly As, one K, and new beat hats. The kit still used the original Ludwig ghost pedal, stool, and ludwig hurcules stands as well as 80s Tama stands. Barry used it to gig until sometime in the 2000s when it was put in its cases and stayed until I got my hands on it. I did my best complete restoration I could, removing and deep cleaning any little piece I thought needed it. The bottom heads on the toms are mirrored chrome heads Barry put on in the 80s to reflect back when the stage light hits. The top heads are all brand new black dots. The front kick is a brand new Evans with a custom Ludwig patch and the batter is a brand new black dot. Microphones being used are SE mic pack (stereo overheads and snare top), a neumann TLM 103 (mono bloom), and an sm57 on snare bottom. All 3 OH mics measured with tape measure to be in phase.
