3️⃣ V-sit Open & Close (Hand)
4️⃣ Plank Knee to Elbow
5️⃣ Plank Spiderman
6️⃣ Side Plank Knee to Elbow (Right)
7️⃣ Side Plank Knee to Elbow (Left)
✅ 40 seconds per move / 20 seconds rest
✅ 3 total sets for maximum results
