This deep focus music helps you improve your concentration and attention, and is combined with a productivity technique that will boost your efficiency and eliminate distractions. This combination can greatly increase your productivity during work, studying, or any other task.
The 52:17 method (also called 52/17 rule) uses set periods (52 minutes) that are devoted to focused and uninterrupted work on a task, followed by short breaks (17 minutes) that are devoted to completely unrelated activities. The method was created when the Draugiem Group analyzed data from very productive employees using the time-tracking app DeskTime. The data showed that the most productive people worked for around 52 minutes followed by a 17 minute break, and that this was the golden ratio between intense work and recuperation.
The 52:17 method is an excellent method to increase productivity, increase the focus on the task at hand, decrease procrastination, and avoid distractions. It is preferred to the Pomodoro Technique by those who want to keep working when inspiration strikes or are performing tasks that require longer periods of uninterrupted work.
