🛣️ From Shangla Top to Malam Jabba, this isn't just a journey — it's an unforgettable off-road adventure through one of Swat’s most scenic shortcuts.

🌊 The ride began at Charr Tangay Waterfall in Shangla, a serene and lesser-known waterfall with crystal-clear mountain water cascading through the forested hills.

🏞️ From there, we reached Shangla Top, standing tall at an altitude of around 2,300 meters, surrounded by vast valleys and pine-covered ridges. The beauty of this place is beyond words — it's like riding through a painting.

🛣️ Our goal was Malam Jabba, just 15 KM away by a newly discovered 5 KM off-road trek. This rugged path, though challenging, saves you from traveling the usual 71 KM long route via Mingora and Fatehpur.

🚧 The off-road trail had tough turns and rocky patches, but the thrill of mountain biking in such raw nature made it all worth it. And of course, it brought us directly to Malam Jabba, one of Swat's crown jewels, located at around 2,804 meters elevation.

🎢 As we reached Malam Jabba ski resort, the Eid crowd was overwhelming. Cars, bikes, and families from all over had gathered to celebrate in the cool hills — and traffic was at a standstill.

👀 That's when something unexpected caught our eye: a board that read "Green Valley Malam Jabba." Curious and excited, we took a detour to explore.

🌿 Just 2 KM off the main road, we entered a breathtaking meadow — Green Valley Malam Jabba, sitting at about 2,700 meters elevation. It was like nature had opened a secret chapter just for us: quiet, untouched, and incredibly lush.

🏡 Right there, we also stumbled upon an Army Guest House, surrounded by greenery and tucked into the valley’s slope. The location was peaceful and scenic, a perfect blend of security and serenity. Though not open for public stay, it added to the charm of this hidden escape.

🏍️ Near the guest house, another off-road mountain trail tempted us — and we couldn't resist. What followed was an exhilarating ride through rough terrain, narrow tracks, and forested edges. Fariha kept warning me to stop, but the urge to see what’s ahead was stronger!
