This is a notation and an audio recording of "Lord Have Mercy", with either 3 or 12 repetitions depending on the liturgical need.
It's in a minor mode and follows the pattern of the well-known Greek "Kyrie Eleison": the first three petitions form the main melody; the next six petitions use shorter note values and serve as a bridge; the melody concludes by returning to the first three petitions, which now function as a cadenza.
