We recently built an automated system on n8n for project management that is saving around 15-20hrs a week across the organization. This automated load management system takes client requests and automatically assigns them to the best fit team member to manage it.

Previously, Project Managers would have to communicate with the team on Slack and figure out who can take this request. This meant that hours were spent on:

• Useless communications
• Waiting on replies
• Forgetting client requests

For this video, I recreated a simple demo scenario on Airtable and n8n to show the concepts without revealing any client data and make it easy to follow.
