Sailing Friends to Explore Cat Island In the Bahamas - Episode 27

Описание: Erin's family comes for a short visit, then some friends join us for 10 days to explore Cat Island and see what living aboard a catamaran is really like.

We get some up-close encounters with sharks, attend a local church, then hike up the tallest hill in the Bahamas to poke around at an old monastery.

Our pizza crust recipe:

2 1⁄4 teaspoons yeast
1⁄4 teaspoon sugar
3⁄4 cup hot water
1 3⁄4 cups flour
1⁄2 teaspoon salt

Mix the yeast and sugar in the warm water and let rest for 8 minutes. Stir into flour and salt until dough is formed. Knead the dough for 5 minutes, then divide into 2 or 3 parts. Roll each part out paper thin, each dough ball should make a 12 inch pizza crust.

Top crust with pizza sauce and whatever toppings you want, then place in 475 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
