This is a 45 Minute Yoga Flow to find calm. Part 21 of the Ground & Center Series of classes. These practices emphasise anchoring into your breath, body and present moment experience to cultivate a sense of calm.
You’ll move at an un-hurried pace. You’ll have time to breathe a full breath and the sequence will encourage you to find stability in flow and in stillness. It’s a really nice 45 minute creative flow to keep you focused on what’s right in front of you and cultivate a peaceful state of being.
This yoga flow incorporates balances which naturally instil a sense of calm along with some accessible strength work. A full body, slow flow that will leave you feeling very peaceful.
For practice, you may wish to have a yoga block or two folded blankets for supported bridge pose.
