In this NYC travel vlog, I take my first train ride to New York City and end up completely lost in the NYC subway system while trying to explore Manhattan.
As a Jamaican lifestyle vlogger, experiencing New York like this was both exciting and chaotic. What started as a simple train ride into the city quickly turned into confusion underground while trying to figure out the New York City subway.
After finally finding my way out of the subway, I spent the day exploring Manhattan and visiting some iconic places like the National September 11 Memorial, walking through the beautiful Oculus World Trade Center, and experiencing the energy of Times Square. I also walked through Chinatown Manhattan, stayed overnight in a tiny New York hotel, and later visited the incredible SUMMIT One Vanderbilt.
This New York City adventure had everything — confusion, laughs, sightseeing, and unforgettable moments exploring NYC for the first time by train.
