Carry your bottles like this when you run! You’ll release energy, stiffness, and fatigue in your hands, arms, and shoulders, AND you’ll feel more relaxed as you run.
I’m using my FAVORITE @camelbak collapsible flasks and a couple buffs. HOWEVER, you can use any bottle AND if you don’t have a buff, you can use a scrunchie or anything elastic!
I’ve been carrying bottles like this for years! When I first started running I HATED the idea of having stuff in my hands, but I learned my lesson after having crappy workouts because I wasn’t bringing enough fuel/hydration with me. I especially like this when I’m doing faster workouts in the heat and I don’t want to screw up my recovery! (Hydration is KEY!).
This is also a great method for racing or when you need an extra bottle on top of your hydration pak.
