PureGym Leeds PT Mac has put together this challenging full body HIIT workout that can be done at home or in the gym - all you need is a pair of dumbbells and a mat.
The details:
8 exercises, 3 rounds
30 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest
60 seconds rest between each round
The exercises:
1. Squats
2. Crunches
3. Press ups
4. Devil’s press
5. Squat thrusters
6. Shoulder press
7. Russian twists
8. Clean and press
Remember to start with a warm up and finish with some stretches to help prevent soreness the next day!
