Can't use the keyboard and touchpad at the same time (Disable Smartsense on Synaptics Touchpad)

Note that this solution will only work with older laptops using Synaptics probably using Windows 7, 8 or 10. If you can't find the PalmKms parameters means you don't have Synaptics and can't use this solution.

Easy and quick solution to fix the problem the problem: can't move the laptop touchpad cursor mouse at the same time while pressing the keyboard and typing. Solved after multiple attempts!
