250 gm potatoes cut like french fries
1/2 Cup all purpose flour(maida)
1/2 Cup cornflour(cornstarch)
Some salt
Add some water to make thick paste
2 Tsp ginger garlic paste
2 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp chopped ginger garlic
2 green chillies
1 Medium sized roughly sliced onion
1/2 Tsp red chilli powder
3 Tbsp red chilli sauce
1 Tbsp tomato ketchup
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 Tsp crushed black pepper
1/2 Cup water
Conrnflour slurry (1 Tbsp cornflour + 2 Tbsp water)
1 Tsp red food color - optional
1 & 1/2 Tbsp honey
Some sesame seeds
