In this video, I'm going to show you how I make my fish stew.
For ingredients you will need:
2 fresh fishes, I used red snapper
3 fresh tomatoes, mashed
2 tps of tomato paste
1 large onion, and some shallots
4 garlic gloves
A small piece of fresh ginger
chili pepper
1 bouillon cube,
Black pepper
For vegetables, I'm going to add
Potatoes, carrots and cabbage
Oil and few spaghetti for thickening the stew.
