Tonkin Coffee in Ho Chi Minh City makes one of the BEST Egg Coffee I have had! I think the secret is not only the skills in getting the egg whipped perfectly but the quality of their coffee makes it delicious! The worse thing about coffee is it's too bitter and that comes down to the beans and the skill of the barista. This cafe is not in the heart of the busy shopping strip but iin my opinion is worth making a trip for if you are a coffee lover like I am!
They also offer other food and drink options. I love how well they speak english and the ipad offers a detail description of their menu.
