RECIPE:
2 cupS A/P Flour
2 cups yellow corn meal
1.5 cups Granulated sugar
2 tsp salt
8 tsp baking powder
2 cups whole milk
8oz salted butter, melted
4 eggs, beaten
2 tbdp vanila extract
1 cup honey
1lb butter extra softened not melted
1 cup roasted chopped pecans
1. Combine all the dry ingredients, whisk to incorporate
2. Add all the wet ingredients, mix until fully incorporated.
3. Butter a Baking Dish, pour in the Cornbread batter, Bake @ 375 °F for about 20-30 minutes
4. While the Cornbread bakes mix the softened butter and honey, fold in the nuts.
5. Once the Cornbread is done brush with the honey butter.
