Gado-Gado is one of the traditonal Indonesian foods. Mostly the Ingredients are not cooked. As a topping for this food you get a peanut sauce on top. The normal Gado-Gado here is different from the other food places because they use some citrus on top of the Gado-Gado which make the taste sour. If I have to compare this with other Gado-Gados I prefer the normal version. At this food place you can also get fried Gado-Gado which is my favourite.
