Released on January 16, 2026, Drone Collective’s sophomore album delivers over 50 minutes of contemplative, brooding, and unusual music at the intersection of post-rock, math rock, ambient/drone, classical, jazz, and metal.

Shrouded, haunting, and imaginative surprises shimmer at every turn along the Corridor. This album builds on the grandeur and spiritual momentum of Drone Collective’s first observation while taking a decidedly darker turn. The introduction of metal guitarist Rumian Reza (Hanna Barbera Cartoon Never Made), cellist Alex Shor (Nashville Philharmonic Orchestra), and tenebrous lyricist Joshua Brown infuse a cavernous and pensive atmosphere to the transcendence that characterizes Drone Collective.

Drone Collective is not a band. Instead, the Collective fully acknowledges and embraces the inner wisdom of every contributor. This amorphous lineup synthesizes the powers of every member into a cohesive, arresting, and mesmerizing work of art. The result is a Divine supplication unlike anything created before.

Recorded: February – December 2025 in Nashville, Tennessee (Tracks 1-2, 4-5) and Hamden, Connecticut (Track 3)

Drone Collective is an all-inclusive and revolving cast of characters. All past, present, and future contributors are part of the Collective.
