Who first made mozzarella?

Описание: Mozzarella is a delicious fresh stretchy cheese from Italy, best known today for its use on pizza. It has a really interesting history, tracing its roots back to the Romans and Italian monasteries, before travelling half way around the world to America to become the quintessential pizza cheese.
