K2 plus CFS not working Properly. please help.

Описание: I printed a model, and it printed beautifully. When I went to print another I got a fr2849 error. There are no jams. I took the hub off the bottom of csf, and ran filament through each port. The indicator light would come on in the correct corresponding slots when I manually inserted the filament in. When I insert a roll into the cfs the light would come on indicating the filament is inserted in the tube. It will not self feed unless I unplug cfs for a couple of minutes then plug it back up. After I do that it will feed each row to the 4 way splitter in the back then retract. When I attempt to print something slot 1 will retract and keep spinning even though the filament is out. Then I get the fr2849 error. Please help i have emailed everything customer support has requested, and still waiting a response.
