Early literacy experiences are so important for a child’s language and social-emotional development, as well as early alphabet knowledge. But how can you involve children in a meaningful way who have no interest in books, a short attention span, or have language delays? This presentation will provide resources and information on how to meaningfully engage and include all children in those critical early literacy experiences. Attendees will come away with practical ideas they can implement in their daycares and preschools tomorrow to successfully include all children in storytime.
