N810 Zevenaar - Helhoek - Duiven | NL

Описание: The N810 is a provincial road in the eastern part of The Netherlands, in the province of Gelderland. The N810 connects Zevenaar and Duiven and connects to the A12 motorway (Arnhem - Oberhausen) at Duiven. The video starts in Zevenaar and continues via Duiven to the junction with the A12.

Starting in 2025, the A15 motorway will be extended from its current terminus at Bemmel to the A12 at Zevenaar. The new motorway will intersect the N810 between Zevenaar and Duiven. In preparation for the construction of this motorway, the municipality of Zevenaar has already partially doubled the approach route to it. The connecting section of the N810 will not be modified until the motorway is completed. As a result, the transition from the doubled section to the old section looks rather unfinished.

The section of the N810 between Zevenaar and Duiven was formerly part of the old national road between Arnhem and Germany. At Duiven, the N810 bends northwards from the old national road and functions there as the northern ring road of Duiven.

If you translate "Duiven" literally into English, you get "pigeons." The birds in the thumbnail are clearly not pigeons, even though the signpost does refer to them. ;)

De N810 is een provinciale weg in het oosten van Nederland, in de provincie Gelderland. De N810 vormt een verbinding tussen Zevenaar en Duiven en geeft bij Duiven aansluiting op autosnelweg A12 (Arnhem - Oberhausen). De video start in Zevenaar en via Duiven rijden we naar de aansluiting met de A12.

Vanaf 2025 zal autosnelweg A15 worden verlengd van het huidige eindpunt bij Bemmel naar de A12 bij Zevenaar. De nieuwe autosnelweg zal tussen Zevenaar en Duiven de N810 kruisen. In aanloop naar de aanleg van deze snelweg heeft de gemeente Zevenaar de aanvoerroute naar deze snelweg al deels verdubbeld. Het aansluitende deel van de N810 zal pas worden aangepast als de snelweg wordt aangelegd. Hierdoor ziet de overgang van het verdubbelde wegvak naar het oude wegvak er nogal onaf uit.

Het wegdeel van de N810 tussen Zevenaar en Duiven was vroeger onderdeel van de oude rijksweg tussen Arnhem en Duitsland. De N810 buigt ter hoogte van Duiven in noordwaartse richting af van de oude rijksweg en fungeert daar als noordelijke ring van Duiven.

De wegwijzer op de thumbnail verwijst naar Duiven, maar de vogels in beeld zijn overduidelijk geen duiven. ;)
