My wife’s Renault Zoe ZE40 stopped communicating with the Renault App last week.
Assuming you have a valid subscription to the correct ZE Services,this is how to fix it.
In this video i will show you have to force reset the head unit & if this does not work how to pull the correct TCU fuse to force the
telematics unit to be forced off & back on.
TCU Fuse is numbered F31
