The majority of lettuce in the U.S. is grown in California and Arizona--Gotham Greens is trying to change that.

The hydroponic farming business is building greenhouses in major cities like NYC, Chicago, and Providence, as well as most recently in Baltimore and Denver, to supply nutritious longer lasting nutritionally dense produce year round.
