Barefoot story telling today. I share an amazing story of speedy recovery from Peter A after he broke his leg in 5 different places. Please enjoy the barefoot story and walking on gravels and stones and rocks for feet and sole conditioning!
The young man Peter saw in the book was a Sadhu. Peter also enjoys yoga and Tai Chi; he said those are important parts of his life. He was in the hospital for 4 days after surgery. He received physical therapy, but only briefly. He attributes his progress to barefoot cycling and barefoot walking and exercises, and some Tai Chi. Peter was walking without crutches in January 2022 (~3 months after accident?). He started cycling 6 months after surgery and walking 3 km a pop, a month later.
