Amanda did a 180 change up of her life and career after she discovered a passion for strength, fitness and teaching others how to jump start their own approach to physicality and health.
Here we link up with her at the Dragon's Lair out in Las Vegas.
Having a background in powerlifting, she explains how she had to learn the biomechanics of lifting to be able to dissect her own form to stimulate what she needs to develop the aesthetics needed to be competitive at the highest stages of physique competition.
"I have overpowering traps from so many years of lifting with rounded shoulders. For all my movements I aim to keep my traps out of the movement."
